Who knew our quick 3-hour bus ride from Pamukkale to Fethiye would be so scenic and mountainous! It was just like driving through the Okanagan.
Fethiye is an international city along the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Many Turks own vacation homes here, and many others come to relax in the sun for their holidays. We’re staying here for just one night (and got lucky enough to get a view like this from our hostel window):
The main thing Fethiye is known for is their sailing trips, one of which we’re starting tomorrow! We spent our day today doing some last minute prep for the trip, which required some last minute purchases of beach towels. Thankfully Jane and I found these gems:
